One of the best things about our owner meetings is getting the opportunity to hear from subject matter experts, peers in the industry, and MDC staff about the work they are doing that is deeply meaningful to the credit union industry. It could be the development of a new fintech, the results of a pilot project with a new vendor, or the insights gained through researching a potential new solution. Often though, there simply isn’t the opportunity to send each and every staff person who could benefit from attending to our owner meetings (even as we have reached an average of just over three attendees per credit union!).
Fortunately for our owners, we recently began recording all of the presentations given at each owner meeting!
